Having to run long distances to get to a dungeon or anywhere at this point in UO’s timeline is not nostalgic. Its annoying and getting old fast….it’d be different maybe if this was an entirely new map, but everything being so familiar just makes it frustrating.
Ya turns out things we did back then are not fun anymore.

You can mark at a public house. There are some right by Ice entry.
The ice housing probably reaches the brigand camp now.
The Trinsic housing obelisk is close to the ant hole that has a quest NPC.
The lake obelisk is near the trinsic graveyard and brigand camp.
There is an obelisk near despise.
We would like one on Fire Island.

there is no nostalgia, there was no era where you couldn’t recall or gate to front of dungeons. It’s a perfectly fine mechanic however. The one change that should have been implemented was no mounts in dungeons.
