I tried a dungeon outpost but that didn't change anyone's scores. I have no idea where a sigil is capture/return. Also tried killing someone near an inactive champ spawn maybe it needs to be active but nothing I've tried yet seems to give any credit.
Am I missing some important part of VVV?
