Even on Atlantic everybody can login. But on a medium populated server it is not possible?

Even on Atlantic everyone doesn't try to log in at exactly the same time. Please be patient.

Does anyone know when we get this window do we stay on it or hit the check mark and keep trying to log in?
It states "after this window, your position in the queue may no longer be guaranteed".
Not sure if I sit here if it will update or I need to back out and try log in again.

Ok, I just went back and tried to log in again, got the window and this time the wait estimate was 10-20 min. So it must hold one's position.

Zero to 10 minutes now - I have to remake character each time I attempt login but I assume one I get on, the character will be in the menu.
