I have been trying to get a GM the last 3 hours to ask for help with an in-game issue and nothing. The game won't even give feedback as to as if I am still in the queue or not. I know paging a GM at 5-6AM Eastern is probably an odd time but I would think a GM from another region would be monitoring the queue but I guess not?
Are there certain hours of the day when GM's are more readily available?
