Is anyone else having longsword trouble in the EC?

As of yesterday, I can't see my characters' longswords in the EC game window. They show up in others' EC game windows. They show up on the paper doll. This isn't a dye thing because multiple colors have been tried and because I also can't see the shadow of the weapon on the ground like I can for other weapons.

Broadswords (which, sadly, have an identical graphic in the EC) work fine.

While this doesn't effect gameplay, I'm sure we all agree that when you're playing a video game, the character's weapon shouldn't be among the things left to the imagination.

Is anyone else having this issue? Someone should especially check on the new shard.

You are correct, longswords no longer appear in the character's hand in game (EC, Pacific).

Longswords do appear on the paper doll and in the backpack.

The site was fixed so I could download the client. Neat. Thank you. I had fun playing that day.

But to return to the main issue of the thread, this can't be a difficult fix. The longsword is not a new weapon to the game, and the EC already has two weapons that use the same graphic, seemingly without issue.

Whatever this issue is, it happened very recently.

still broken in CC.  longswords still not showing up on paperdoll or on vendors / mannequins.

As of the patch today, 28/08/24, in the EC both Broadsword and Longsword have unique, and correlating, graphics in the backpack and on the Paperdoll, and both appear in hand in the game window.
