I am trying to move skills around on my characters with a soul stone and 50% of my log in attempts cause the client to crash. Is this a known issue?

I am able to log in and play fine with no crashes on EC. are you using that or CC. I haven’t tried CC lately and would have to patch it up

I'm on EC. About every third or fourth character switch the game locks up or crashes to desktop. Files have been verified.
