Yes. An item with your name on it and does not require insurance.
Is that owned by RNG? Or are all that way?
If RNG the item would be more desired. But in this case worth 10k more. 😂

In other shards, 'owned by' is not added. However, in Balhae, it is always to added

In Balhae, everyone is added 'owned by'.
I don't know why there is a difference only in Balhae.
