I'm insanely curious and it's been in development so long. I'm pretty hyped for it.

Are we going to be able to bring stuff to home servers between seasons?
Is there a danger of EM Event Levels of lag/confusion at the start?
Are the grinds going to be insane still with drop rates?
Is it going to be multiple shards or just one shard?

No they signed a NDA.

We will get to see it by November.

Cah website has every piece of info that has been discussed. But we won't know every detail until release.

You can transfer your character or certain items.

One shard that wipes regularly.

Impression is that things will be more objective-based and less grindy. If it’s taking after a “classic” feel, there will be less of an emphasis on “drops,” which is more a relic of the AoS Diablo-ization of the game.
