Hello everyone,

I have multiple alchemical symbols (portals?) leading to different floors at my house. Once a week or so, one of the symbols will be broken and it will be impossible to walk through that symbol. Every time this happens, I have to customize my house again, remove the broken symbol, and then add the same alchemical symbol to the same place again to make it work.

Is there a solution to this? Am i the only one this is happening to?

What is your sub-floor? Paver? Goza?

Teleporters have been known to cease functioning, the easiest solution is to change the foundation style of the house.

the foundation change fixes it for sure. it happens on my Balhae house a lot, no other shard has done it to me. change foundatuion and it's fixed

I’ve only had this happen if something dies on the teleporter.

only way to fix it that I’m aware of is customization or replacing the tiles as your doing.

Is there a foundation type that consistently does not work, if so, which one?

you can change back to your prefered style once the problem is fixed.
