Where in the Stygian Abyss Dungeon would I find coils?

Where in the Stygian Abyss Dungeon would I find coils? I tried going after the coils in the Blighted Grove but there is not enough room for me to evade things trying to attack me and I eventually get killed. I am hoping the coil in Stygian Abyss Dungeon are in an large area that I can move around in.

They'd likely be in the area around Medusa's altar. Not a good area for farming a specific mob, really. There are snakes, giant serpents, silver serpents, maddening horrors, and a hydra in the area as well.

Try in Viper's Pass, which is west of the entrance to Medusa's Lair, or southeast across the lava from the Lands of the Lich.

Thank you. The Stygian Abyss Dungeon was a lot roomier and easier. I was able to dispatch 5 coils without getting overran.
