Grandfathered accounts.

One of the houses that fell on LS that went to OSI was a grandfathered account.

Is it true that you can not miss a payment or the houses go to owned by OSI immediately.

I never let my accounts lapse long enough for my houses to start decaying, so I'm unable to answer that question.

Grandfather houses follows same rules as any other account as per payment.
the only difference is that in the past you could have more than 1,2,3,4,5 houses per account, after the system was changed to 1 per account, those houses became Grandfather, but if you dont pay for 90 days they will go into decay mode and even if you pay for the account, I dont think you can save them all.

I believe in a situation like this the houses cease to be grandfathered and only one, primary, house can be saved?

I will try to get that confirmed, until I do, I am locking this one.
