Atlantic Ingame Store always not available

You need to be upstairs in the Inn where it is safe to log out to get the store.

it is only happening on Atlantic.
Ingame store never work after server up til probably middle of the day

I'm on ATL and can't get inns to work for me at all anymore, I just log out at my house.

I just logged on and I am upstairs Luna bank and UO Store is working fine.

It's the posting of facts that confuses you so you have to call it a derogatory name.
If the UO store on Atlantic was always not available as the title says, we would see way more posts about it.

To clarify, in Luna the 'safe log out areas' are the two bedrooms on the left hand side. The large bedroom on the right, the rest of that floor, and the bank below do not count.
To confirm, the local time on Atlantic is now 7.02 am and I have successfully opened the store menu in the front, left bedroom.
