Buying 60% max storage for an account

What exactly do I have to buy to get 60% storage increase on an account (that currently has no house)?? I want to transfer an existing 60% house to the account.

I bought the house storage upgrade add-on which I assume got it to 40%. It seems that you cannot use a second house storage upgrade on the same account so what add-on do I buy to get to 60%??

The account holding the house used in these examples has two of these, but not the third."

Just buy the one missing (check account management for existing addons/boosters) and you should be fine.
