I was able to contact an upper member of Mgmnt and got a response...it had no effect on my initial complaint, but I did get a response...
well, can you email the "upper member" and tell them to ask support to answer the open Ticket's? LOL
Mesanna was setting up a few things for the Summer Solstice last week so I doubt she's on vacation but she might be working on putting together the semi-annual newsletter this week (previously known as monthly).
That said, it has sort of seemed like the Dev team goes on summer break the last 2-3 years and don't put much out (content / communications) so maybe most of the team is on vacation.
