that's because EA KOREA stopped supporting Ultima Online service in korea...
sadly, as i know that there is nothing that dev and broadsword can do...unless EA KOREA resumes service....
(maybe EA KOREA (Not EA and Broadsword) has the service authority and copyright of Ultima Online in korea)

ya~ because korean EA Store doesn't sell Ultima Online related products, koreans have to use vpn to buy codes...

Im not an expert but maybe make an effort marketting UO in these areas:
Im not claiming all of those are Korean, but some probably are. Asia anyhow 2billion people potential.
