I insured it, put it in my bank, log in the next day and its gone! called a gm, none came (only waited 8 hours online they must be busy).
This kind of bullshit kills the game.

was it a big idoc, wonder if there was a revert? back when I used to do idocs I remember getting a rift pillar on an Asian shard, the shard kept mini reverting so I did the idoc about 4 times, every time getting something nice
the rift pillar I did manage to keep, but eitherI cant find it. or it reverted again
What shard etc? maybe others can elaborate if it reverted on not
