You do understand that affected all of BS not just UO so go yell at Rob, you know the CEO of BS and Mesanna boss or better yet all of EAs platforms bosses because it was an EA wide outage not just UO. Better yet how do you know Mesanna didn't contact them, do you live up her butt and know everything she does.
