"if someone has broken ToS and they are banned on forum, how you not going to ban them in game too? it's same account"
#1
Breaking the rules on the forum is not the same as breaking the rules in game. Different criteria apply.
#2
It's a good question, and comes from someone who's been banned from the forums previously.
#3
Allowing him to post with someone else's account a travesty of justice
#4
yea, people who break the rules on the forums get banned,
in-game rules are a completely different story, It's a lot harder to get banned in-game cause you whether you know it or not, run into people breaking the rules many times a day, and you can expect them to be there again in the future.

How about...try not breaking the TOS?
#6
“Because you need actual proof of breaking TOS to be banned in game rather than opinion of breaking of TOS without actually stating which post and which TOS was broken to ban from forum.

if paying customer keeps complaining about bug, solution is to fix bug, not ban customer”
#7
The solution is to put in a bug report, not to become one yourself.

“By the time it takes to have a meeting, and write an email and deal with the appeals etc
would be far less administrative work to get a developer to fix bug.

if traffic light is not working, solution is to fix traffic light, not open new hospital near road junction to deal with all the new patients”

I wish someone would ban that Mariah dude, so annoying.
