Char transfer problem?

I'm trying to transfer back a char to Atlantic from Izumo.
Everytime i try i get "the shard is not avaliable", while the shard is up nd working ok
After a few try i get "There are some problem... cantact gm" i try to contact GM, wait...wait...but nobody come.

Its a general problem?

Different Publishes, you'll have to wait until it goes live on all shards

new rewards or content shouldn't affect the transfer, but that's just my guess.

@Victim_Of_Siege has given the correct answer, when shards do not have the same publish active character transfers cannot take place. Atlantic is currently on publish 114 while Izumo is on publish 115.

It's cookies but UO cookies so expired
