I cant find the valentines gift giver
the fishing pole is 2nd year reward no stats so worthless imho

Posters asked not to fish up boots. They made an item that allows this. You can use your better pole and get boots. Or use this one and not get boots. Now we shall see if the boots were really that much of a game changer. Does luck matter when fishing for fish for trade orders?
