Is there any way available currently to raise loyalty to the Meer so a character is no longer considered one of their enemies?
Any way to get Meer loyalty points?

I don't know if this will work but you could try killing the hell hounds in the central Abyss area near the Slasher of the Veils.

Just tried it and it didn't help. There was no message of any kind after killing one of those hell hounds.
