Is there a way to use the EC script to call another macro or do a spell?

Hi, I'm pretty new to the script command on the Enhanced Client.
What I would like is something like this:

script PressButton("v")
or
script CallMacro("macro name")

does this exist?

I found this article listing some commands, but none seemed to be like what I mentioned above.

Why do you need it? Not because WHY but because idk what call macro means LOL.
