Dying Vambraces and Epaulette

I attempted to dye these items with pigments of Tokuno today and received the message that they were not artifacts and couldn't be dyed. Seems like an oversight as both are clearly artifacts. Any chance we could get a fix for this?

I vaguely remember someone posting that if you enhanced the vambraces that you could then dye them?

And you would definitely want to use that UO Store enhancing tool to avoid failure and losing that item!

Natural dyes don’t work?

Epaulettes only plant and dye tubs work.

Armor.

Plant dyes and dye tubs work on them as is. Then after enhanced, any dye works.

Balron chest is the same.

Thanks, enhancing them worked to allow the dye.
