Actually, 'Yoshi'. If I wanted to get into that middle room, I'd just open the secret door:

"no thats on ground floor, you would then have to run through to another secret door,
unlock another metal door with unlock spell, then run up stairs, i am sure in that time the person you're chasing who teleported to middle floor with script would've casted greater heal
