I killed melisande 6 times but there is no special hair dye loot.Does anyone know did they remove melisande loot or decrease drop chance?

Looks like it's an uncommon drop. The only thing more uncommon is the hatchet. I've killed her a dozen times without a hair dye drop so I'm assuming it's probably the same. Looks like the albino squirrel is also uncommon so if you have gotten a couple of those without any hair dye then there might be a problem.

Six times? You need to do it a lot more times than that. It is for parties. So each party could have 10 chances and they may have to do it 10 or more times to get a dye on one of them. Or if RNG is on your side, you get it the first time.
