Why is the UO Store down for ATL but not other shards?

@Kyronix or @Bleak - Currently the UO Store is down on ATL (it was down yesterday when I tried too) which I've confirmed with others in Gen Chat that it's down for everyone. I hopped on a couple different shards (Chesapeake/Origin/Sakura) to see if it was down there too but it's working fine.

Can you please look into why only ATL seems like it's having issues?
