Still no email notifications when GTC ends?

Are there plans to change anything on this mechanism in case of a repair?

What can we do to get thoose mails again?

Last one i got was in December 21

And no, i have no MS mail account in use for UO. And my spam folders are empty.

When i activate a GTC there comes an email but without account name.

I get the Email saying "end of subscription" when the GTC runs out. is this what you are referring to? just got one on 8/11/2022
