Is that even possible? I saw on the wiki this line "Only 1 character can be nominated per city per account" ? It doesn't mention if that is per shard. Since I was accused this week of being a governor on every shard, I got curious to see if anyone could be if they were actually crazy enough to want to be a governor on every shard.
