A basic question before try to change one of my PG actually human in a elf:
the actual skills level  of my human PG,120 taming , 100 Lore and so on....will be the same after the change of the race?

Skills only change when using a mythic token. 

Elves have night sight and +20 mana. You will lose the jack of all trades and all the cool hair styles.
